"9kmovies new movie" and "9kmovies new" are searched every month, and Latest movies is the answer: every film ordered by release date, newest first, with the year and the language on every card, and the New in 2026 shelf beside it. New episodes does the same for the web series.
The gap
A Bollywood or South release reaches the services four to eight weeks after the cinema, sometimes sooner for the smaller films and later for the biggest; a Hollywood release runs six to twelve weeks; a web series is on its service the day it drops. A title on no service where you are yet shows its options the week one licenses it, so a film saved to My List at release is worth a second look a month later.
Festival weeks
Diwali, Eid, Pongal, Sankranti, Onam and Christmas are the release weeks the industries plan around, and the festival dates page lists which shelves fill when.
